The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 132 unemployed persons over the age of 29 who are unemployed in the county of sandores. The project will be supported only by registered unemployed persons over the age of 29 in the Poviat Labour Office in Sandoz, who are eligible for the aid profile I (so-called ‘active unemployed’) or the aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). The support planned for the project consists of the services and instruments referred to in the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions, such as: occupational guidance, placement, traineeships, intervention work, one-off measures for economic activity and work equipment or retrofitting. The provision of support in the form of services and instruments identified above will be preceded by labour market measures and services for the individualisation of support and career identification support for: the identification of the needs of the unemployed and the diagnosis of opportunities for in-service training, including the identification of the extent to which the labour market has been rejected. The project will lead to the placement of at least 64 project participants. (English) | |||

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 132 osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie sandomierskim. Wsparciem w projekcie objęte zostaną wyłącznie zarejestrowane w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Sandomierzu osoby bezrobotne powyżej 29 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). Wsparcie zaplanowane w projekcie to usługi i instrumenty wskazane w ustawie z 20kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy takie jak: poradnictwo zawodowe , pośrednictwo pracy, staże, prace interwencyjne, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej oraz wyposażenie lub doposażenie stanowiska pracy. Udzielenie wsparcia w postaci usług i instrumentów wskazanych powyżej zostanie poprzedzone instrumentami i usługami rynku pracy służącymi indywidualizacji wsparcia oraz pomocy w zakresie określenia ścieżki zawodowej obejmującymi: identyfikację potrzeb osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia oraz diagnozowanie możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego, w tym identyfikację stopnia oddalenia od rynku pracy. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 64 uczestników projektu. (Polish)
