Náplní projektu jsou platby výdajů na tarifní platy zaměstnanců PCO, dále zavedení pravidelných stabilizačních finančních příspěvků na bázi navýšení osobního příplatku a odměny pro zaměstnance zapojené do implementace ESIF. Projekt je nutné realizovat z důvodu zajištění a stabilizování kvalitních a kvalifikovaných zaměstnanců PCO. Projekt je zpracován pro 55funkčních míst a jedno DPČ. (Czech)

The purpose of the project is to pay the cost of the PCO staff’s tariff salaries, as well as the introduction of regular stabilising financial contributions on the basis of an increase in the personal surcharge and remuneration for employees involved in the implementation of the ESIF. The project must be implemented in order to ensure and stabilise high-quality and qualified PCO employees. The project is prepared for 55-functional sites and one DPČ. (English)
