Of the group of 277 participants in the project: 221 people will be sent for a traineeship, 18 people for training, 15 people for emergency work, 11 people will be assigned to work as part of reimbursement costs for work stations, and 12 people will be provided with one-off resources to start their own business. The project will lead to the placement of 128 project participants (69 women and 59 men), including at least: 33 % of the population aged 50 and over; 39 % of women; 33 % of persons with disabilities; 35 % of the long-term unemployed; 38 % of the low-skilled.     Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez zatrudnienia w powiecie opatowskim. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostanie objęta grupa 277 osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 roku życia ( 175 kobiet i 102 mężczyzn) zakwalifikowanych do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II ( tzw. wymagający wsparcia). Dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika, na tej podstawie realizowane będą odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy. Spośród grupy 277 uczestników projektu: 221 osób zostanie skierowanych do odbycia stażu,18 osób na szkolenie, 15 osób do prac interwencyjnych, 11 osób zostanie skierowanych do pracy w ramach refundacji kosztów doposażenia stanowiska pracy oraz 12 osób otrzyma jednorazowe środki na rozpoczęcie własnej działalności gospodarczej. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 128 uczestników projektu ( 69 kobiet i 59 mężczyzn), w tym przez co najmniej: 33% osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej; 39% kobiet; 33% osób z niepełnosprawnościami; 35% osób długotrwale bezrobotnych; 38% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach.
