The aim of the project is to increase the employment of unemployed persons over the age of 29 who are unemployed in the district of kazierskie district. The main result of the project will be the start of the work of the 51 unemployed registered in the PLO. The project will support 65 persons over the age of 29 selected under the first or second categories of aid. In the framework of the project, each participant will be subject to a specific activation offer, preceded by an analysis of skills, aptitudes and professional problems. On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions in the form of: traineeships for 51 people, intervention work for 2, vocational training for 3 persons, 4 persons for the retrofitting or equipping of work stations and the provision of one-off measures for business activities for 5 people. There will be 31 women, 8 over 50, 25 long-term unemployed, 3 people with disabilities, 20 people with low qualifications, 5 entrepreneurs. Information on the project will be included on the Authority’s notice boards and on the website. Employers working with our Office will be informed about the opportunities and benefits of activation of unemployed people in the project. Participants will acquire opportunities to gain work experience, increase or supplement professional skills and qualifications, acquire practical skills at a job for a profession, acquire resources for their own economic activities. The final result of the project will be to take up employment by: 33 % of the population aged 50 and over, 39 % for women, 33 % for people with disabilities, 35 % for the long-term unemployed and 38 % for the low-skilled.     POWIAT KAZIMIERSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W KAZIMIERZY WIELKIEJ

    Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie kazimierskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie pracy przez 51 osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostanie objętych 65 osób powyżej 29 roku życia zakwalifikowanych do I lub II profilu pomocy. W ramach projektu każdy uczestnik zostanie objęty konkretną ofertą aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzona analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy w postaci: staży dla 51 osób, prac interwencyjnych dla 2 osób, szkoleń zawodowych dla 3 osób, doposażenia lub wyposażenia stanowiska pracy dla 4 osób oraz udzielenie jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 5 osób. W grupie tej będzie 31 kobiet, 8 osób powyżej 50 roku życia, 25 osób długotrwale bezrobotne, 3 osoby niepełnosprawne, 20 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, 5 osób podejmie działalność gospodarczą. Informacje o projekcie zostaną zamieszczone na tablicach ogłoszeń Urzędu oraz na stronie internetowej. Pracodawcy współpracujący z naszym Urzędem będą informowani o możliwościach i korzyściach wynikających z aktywizacji osób bezrobotnych w ramach projektu. Uczestnicy w trakcie udziału w projekcie pozyskają możliwości zdobycia doświadczenia zawodowego, podwyższenia lub uzupełnienia umiejętności i kwalifikacji zawodowych, nabycia praktycznych umiejętności na stanowisku pracy dla danego zawodu, pozyskania środków na własną działalność gospodarczą. Rezultatem końcowym projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez: 33% osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej, 39% dla kobiet, 33 % dla osób niepełnosprawnych, 35 % dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych oraz 38% dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach zawodowych.
