The project Promotion of Transformation Home at Castle Rychmburk will support the process of transformation and deinstitutionalisation of the constitutional residential services for persons with chronic soul disease into small community-type accommodation facilities in the form of training, internships, supervision, consultation and training of 11 PSS, 2 SP in the provision of services in the community environment using the CARe method; in the form of professional support of the transformation team and preparing 36 current clients to move to community services.
