Projekt řeší nízkou úroveň znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí pracovníků a nesoulad mezi kvalifikační úrovní pracovní síly s požadavky trhu práce. V rámci projektu bude proškoleno 25 zaměstnanců žadatele a partnerů s finančním příspěvkem, z nich 8 zaměstnanců žadatele a 17 zaměstnanců u partnerů, ze všech 3 seniorní manažeři. Jedná se o manažery, ekonomy, techniky, programátory a oční specialisty. (Czech)

The project addresses the low level of knowledge, skills and competences of workers and the mismatch between the skill level of the labour force with the requirements of the labour market. The project will train 25 employees of the applicant and partners with a financial contribution, of them 8 employees of the applicant and 17 employees at the partners, out of all 3 senior managers. They are managers, economists, technicians, programmers and eye specialists. (English)
