Projekt je zaměřen na vzdělávání zaměstnanců společnosti CZECH STYLE, spol. s r.o. v celé šíři profesí od dělnických až po administrativní. Projekt bude realizován za účelem zvýšení úrovně odborných znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí zaměstnanců a proškolení vlastními interními lektory s cílem zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti, zlepšení úrovně poskytovaných služeb zákazníkům v oblasti dodávky pneumatik a poskytování komplexních služeb souvisejících se správou vozového parku. The project is focused on training of employees of CZECH STYLE, spol. s r.o. in the whole range of professions from workers to administrative. The project will be implemented in order to increase the level of expertise, skills and competences of employees and training by their own internal tutors in order to increase the company’s competitiveness, improve the level of services provided to customers in the field of tyre delivery and the provision of complex services related to fleet management.
