Záměrem projektu je realizace doporučení vzešlých z realizovaného Genderového auditu. Aktivity směřují k vytvoření a aktualizaci strategických dokumentů s ohledem na genderovou rovnost a jejich následné implementování do firemní politiky. Prostřednictvím KA projektu vytvoříme příznivé podmínky pro přeměnu firemní kultury ve vztahu k rovným příležitostem žen a mužů a pro slaďování pracovního, soukromého a rodinného života zaměstnanců. The aim of the project is to implement recommendations arising from the realised Gender audit. Activities aim to create and update strategy papers with regard to gender equality and their subsequent implementation into corporate policy. Through the KA project we will create favourable conditions for the transformation of corporate culture in relation to equal opportunities for women and men and for reconciling the work, private and family life of employees.
