Projekt OHKMB se zaměřuje na problematiku podpory rovnosti žen a mužů na trhu práce v Mladé Boleslavi a okolí. Realizací cíleně navržených aktivit pro ženy ohrožené na trhu práce a ženy vracející se na trh práce (TP) po rodičovské/mateřské dovolené by měly vzrůst šance na odpovídající pracovní uplatnění těchto žen na TP. Zároveň projekt cílí na diagnostiku těchto osob, vyhledání jejich předpokladů a rozvoj těchto silných stránek, jakož i podporu sladění soukromého a pracovního života. (Czech)

The OHKMB project focuses on the issue of promoting equality between women and men in the labour market in Mladá Boleslav and its surroundings. The implementation of targeted activities for women at risk in the labour market and women returning to the labour market (TP) after parental/maternity leave should increase the chances of appropriate employment for these women on TP. At the same time, the project aims at diagnosing these people, finding their prerequisites and developing these strengths, as well as promoting the reconciliation of private and working life.
