    Projekt je určen osobám se zdr. postižením a osobám starším padesáti let se zdr. problémy , které jsou evidovány jako uchazeči o zaměstnání na Kontaktních pracovištích ÚP ČR ve ZK. Cílem je zlepšit postavení těchto osob na trhu práce a posílit tak jejich postavení a uplatnění ve společnosti. Projekt dále směřuje ke zvyšování kvalifikace účastníků, a to prostřednictvím motivačních, poradenských a rekvalifikačních aktivit, za účelem rozvoje jejich potenciálu a zapojení se do pracovního procesu.     The project is intended for persons with disabilities and persons older than years of age with problems that are registered as jobseekers at the Contact Centres of the Czech Republic in ZK. The aim is to improve the position of these people in the labour market and thus strengthen their position and employment in society. The project also aims to improve the qualifications of participants through motivational, advisory and retraining activities, in order to develop their potential and engage in the work process.
