Projekt je zaměřen na řešení nezaměstnanosti specifické věkové skupiny mladých osob do 29 let věku a navazuje na úspěšný projekt Odborné praxe pro mladé do 30 let v Kraji Vysočina. Cílová skupina je typická zejména nedostatkem pracovních zkušeností a mnohdy i špatnou orientací na trhu práce, proto je pro tuto skupinu připraven Kurz trhu práce, v případě potřeby bilanční diagnostika, individuální poradenství a po nalezení vhodného zaměstnavatele i odborná praxe formou SÚPM na max. na 12 měsíců. The project focuses on addressing unemployment of a specific age group of young people under 29 years of age and builds on a successful project of Professional Practice for young people under 30 years of age in the Vysočina Region. The target group is characterised mainly by lack of work experience and often poor orientation on the labour market, therefore is prepared for this group Labor Market course, if necessary balance sheet diagnostics, individual counselling and after finding a suitable employer and professional practice in the form of SÚPM for max. 12 months.
