Projekta mērķis ir palielināt vienas no diskriminācijas riskiem visvairāk pakļautajām sabiedrības grupām Latvijā–pers. ar smagu invaliditāti (I un II invaliditātes grupa) un personu ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem integrāciju darba tirgū un sabiedrībā.Projektu uzsākot, tiks veikts darba tirgus pētījums, lai noskaidrotu profesijas, kuras Latvijas darba tirgū ir pieprasītas un kurās būtu iespējams iekļauties pers.ar smagu invaliditāti, kā arī pētījums, lai noskaidrotu darba tirgū pieprasītās prasmes, kuru apguve dotu iespēju darba tirgū iekļauties pers. ar GRT.Ņemot vērā darba tirgus pētījumos konstatēto, tiks nodrošināta nacionāla mēroga prof. rehabilitācijas sistēmas pilnveide un panāktas būtiskas izmaiņas prof. rehabilitācijas pakalpojumā un tā pieejamībā pers. ar smagu invaliditāti un pers. ar GRT, tai skaitā tiks pilnveidota prof. piemērotības noteikšanas sistēma, izstrādātas, licencētas, akreditētas un ieviestas jaunas, darba tirgus pieprasījumam atbilstošas prof. rehabilitācijas programmas pers. ar smagu invaliditāti. Savukārt, lai veicinātu pers. ar GRT iekļaušanos darba tirgū, projekta ietvaros tiks izstrādāta prasmju sertificēšanas sistēma un prasmju apraksti, kā arī izstrādātas un ieviestas darba tirgus vajadzībām atbilstošas prasmju apmācību programmas. Prof. rehabilitācijas pakalpojuma ietvaros projekta mērķa grupai tiks nodrošināta ne tikai prof. rehabilitācijas programmu vai prasmju apmācību programmu apguve, bet arī pasākumi, kas nepieciešami cilvēku darbspēju saglabāšanai un uzlabošanai (sociālā rehabilitācija), izstrādājot individuālās rehabilitācijas plānus, tiks sniegts atbalsts darba vietas atrašanai, kā arī sniegtas konsultācijas darba devējiem par projekta mērķa grupas dalībnieku iesaisti darbā. Prof. rehabilitācijas programmu un prasmju apmācību programmu laikā mērķa grupas dalībniekiem tiks nodrošinātas saturīga brīvā laika pavadīšanas iespējas. Pēc prof. rehabilitācijas programmas apguves mērķa grupas dalībnieks iegūs prof. kvalifikācijas apliecinošu dokumentu (diploms), savukārt pēc prasmju apmācības programmas – prasmju apliecinošu dokumentu (apliecinājums).Vienlaikus tiks nodrošināti nepieciešamie papildu pakalpojumi – izmitināšana, ēdināšana un transports. Prof. rehabilitācijas pakalpojumi tiks sniegti SIVA Jūrmalā.Lai veicinātu sabiedrības izpratni par pers. ar smagu invaliditāti vai pers. ar GRT spējām, kā arī, lai motivētu iespējamos darba devējus uzsākt darba attiecības ar projekta mērķa grupas dalībniekiem, projekta ietvaros tiks veikti sabiedrības informēšanas pasākumi.Projekta iznākuma rādītās: kopējais profesionālo rehabilitāciju saņēmušo mērķa grupas personu skaits - 150. Projekta rezultāta rādītājs: nelabvēlīgā situācijā esoši dalībnieki, kuri pēc aiziešanas (pēc dalības pasākumā) sākuši darba meklējumus, iesaistījušies izglītībā/apmācībā, kvalifikācijas ieguvē, nodarbinātībā, tostarp pašnodarbinātie – 90.Projekta ietvaros pieejamais kopējais attiecināmais finansējums ir 1752103 euro, tai skaitā Eiropas Sociālā fonda finansējums – 1489287 euro un valsts budžeta finansējums – 262816 euro.Projekta darbību īstenošana uzsākta no 04.01.2016. un projekta īstenošana plānota līdz 30.09.2021. During rehabilitation programs and skills training programmes, the target group participants will be provided with meaningful leisure opportunities. After acquiring the prof. rehabilitation program, the target group member will receive a prof. qualification certificate (diploms), and after the skills training programme – a certificate of skills (certification).At the same time, the necessary additional services will be provided – accommodation, catering and transport. Professional rehabilitation services will be provided to SIVA in Jurmala.In order to raise public awareness about the pers. with severe disability or pers. with GRT capabilities, as well as to motivate potential employers to start employment relations with the project’s target group members, public information activities will be carried out within the project. Total number of target group recipients receiving professional rehabilitation – 150. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître l’intégration sur le marché du travail et la société de l’un des groupes les plus exposés de la société lettone avec un handicap grave (groupes I et II) et l’intégration des personnes souffrant d’un handicap mental dans le marché du travail. Au début du projet, une étude sur le marché du travail sera réalisée afin de connaître les professions qui sont demandées sur le marché du travail letton et dans lesquelles il serait possible d’intégrer l’amélioration du système national de réadaptation professionnelle et d’apporter d’importants changements au service de réadaptation professionnelle et à sa disponibilité en cas d’incapacité grave et avec GRT. Afin de faciliter l’intégration des personnes sur le marché du travail, le projet mettra au point un système de certification des compétences et des descriptions de compétences, ainsi que développera et mettra en œuvre des programmes de formation professionnelle répondant aux besoins du marché du travail. Dans le cadre du service de réadaptation du Prof., le groupe cible du projet sera assuré non seulement par l’acquisition de programmes de réadaptation professionnelle ou de formation professionnelle, mais aussi par les mesures nécessaires au maintien et à l’amélioration de la capacité de travail des personnes (réadaptation sociale), à l’élaboration de plans individuels de réadaptation, à l’aide à la recherche d’un lieu de travail, ainsi qu’à la fourniture de conseils aux employeurs sur la participation des participants du groupe cible au travail. Dans le cadre des programmes de réadaptation et des programmes de formation professionnelle, les participants du groupe cible bénéficieront de possibilités de loisirs intéressantes. Après l’acquisition du programme de réadaptation professionnelle, le participant du groupe cible recevra un certificat de qualification professionnelle (diplôme), tandis qu’après le programme de formation professionnelle — un certificat d’aptitude (certificat), les services supplémentaires nécessaires — hébergement, restauration et transport seront fournis. Des services de réadaptation seront fournis à SIVA à Jurmala.Afin de sensibiliser le public aux personnes souffrant d’un handicap grave ou de personnes ayant des capacités de TRG, ainsi que de motiver les employeurs potentiels à nouer des relations de travail avec les participants du groupe cible du projet, des activités de sensibilisation du public seront menées dans le cadre du projet. le nombre total de personnes du groupe cible qui ont bénéficié d’une réadaptation professionnelle est de 150. Indicateur de résultat du projet: les participants défavorisés qui, après avoir quitté la mesure (après avoir pris part à la mesure), ont commencé à chercher un emploi, sont entrés dans des études/formations, ont obtenu une qualification, un emploi, y compris des indépendants — 90.Le financement total éligible disponible au titre du projet s’élève à 1 752 103 EUR, y compris le financement du Fonds social européen — 1 489 287 EUR et le financement du budget de l’État — 262 816 EUR.La mise en œuvre des activités du projet a débuté à partir du 04.01.2016 et la mise en œuvre du projet est prévue jusqu’au 30.9.2021. Zu Beginn des Projekts wird eine Arbeitsmarktstudie durchgeführt, um herauszufinden, welche Berufe auf dem lettischen Arbeitsmarkt gefragt sind und in denen es möglich wäre, pers zu integrieren. Um die Eingliederung der Menschen in den Arbeitsmarkt zu erleichtern, wird das Projekt ein System zur Qualifikationszertifizierung und eine Beschreibung von Qualifikationen entwickeln und umsetzen, um Qualifizierungsprogramme zu entwickeln und umzusetzen, die den Bedürfnissen des Arbeitsmarktes entsprechen. Im Rahmen des Prof. Rehabilitationsdienstes wird die Zielgruppe des Projekts nicht nur mit dem Erwerb von prof. Rehabilitationsprogrammen oder Qualifizierungsprogrammen, sondern auch mit den notwendigen Maßnahmen zur Aufrechterhaltung und Verbesserung der Arbeitsfähigkeit der Menschen (soziale Rehabilitation), der Entwicklung individueller Rehabilitationspläne, der Unterstützung bei der Arbeitsplatzsuche und der Beratung von Arbeitgebern bei der Einbeziehung der Projektzielgruppenteilnehmer an der Arbeit bereitgestellt. Im Rahmen von Prof. Rehabilitationsprogrammen und Qualifizierungsprogrammen werden den Zielgruppenteilnehmern sinnvolle Freizeitmöglichkeiten geboten. Nach dem Erwerb des prof. Rehabilitationsprogramms erhält der Teilnehmer der Zielgruppe ein prof. Qualifikationszertifikat (Diplom), während nach dem Qualifizierungsprogramm – ein Befähigungszeugnis (Bescheinigung). Gleichzeitig werden die notwendigen Zusatzleistungen – Unterkunft, Verpflegung und Transport erbracht. Um die Öffentlichkeit für Menschen mit schwerer Behinderung oder Pers. mit BRT-Fähigkeiten zu sensibilisieren und potenzielle Arbeitgeber dazu zu motivieren, Arbeitsbeziehungen mit den Projektzielgruppenteilnehmern aufzunehmen, werden im Rahmen des Projekts Maßnahmen zur Sensibilisierung der Öffentlichkeit durchgeführt. die Gesamtzahl der Personen in der Zielgruppe, die eine berufliche Rehabilitation erhalten hat, beträgt 150 Personen. Projektergebnisindikator: benachteiligte Teilnehmer, die nach dem Ausscheiden (nach Teilnahme an der Maßnahme) begonnen haben, eine Stelle zu suchen, eine Ausbildung/Ausbildung zu erwerben, eine Qualifikation zu erwerben, eine Beschäftigung einschließlich Selbstständige zu erwerben – 90.Die im Rahmen des Projekts zur Verfügung stehenden förderfähigen Mittel belaufen sich auf insgesamt 1 752 103 EUR, einschließlich Mittel aus dem Europäischen Sozialfonds – 1 489 287 EUR und staatliche Mittel – 262 816 EUR.Die Durchführung der Projektaktivitäten begann ab dem 04.01.2016 und die Projektdurchführung ist bis zum 30.9.2021 geplant.
