Předkládaný projekt je zaměřen na vývoj přístrojové a metodické základny pro masovou produkci rostlinného materiálu metodou mikropropagace in vitro a ex vitro. Jedná se o zcela unikátní klimatickou komoru, TECH-IN-PLAR, s přesnou regulací a velkou prostorovou homogenitou mikroklimatických parametrů, s programovatelným robotickým manipulátorem a intelektuálním video monitorovacím systémem. The submitted project focuses on the development of the instrumental and methodological base for mass production of plant material by the in vitro and ex vitro micropropagation method. It is a completely unique climatic chamber, TECH-IN-PLAR, with precise regulation and large spatial homogeneity of microclimate parameters, with programmable robotic manipulator and intellectual video monitoring system. The essence of the innovative solution is fully automated operation in a clean, sterile chamber space. a. (English)
