Predmetom projektu je regenerácia plochy vnútrobloku resp. troch častí vnútrobloku medzi štyrmi bytovými domami na ul. M. Čulena v Prešove. Regeneráciou sa zhodnotí kvalita celého priestoru a vytvorí sa nový režim fungovania vnútrobloku. Hlavný cieľ projektu: Zlepšenie sídelného prostredia a vytvorenie predpokadov k udržateľnému mestskému rozvoju revitalizáciou vnútrobloku na ul. M. Čulena v Prešove. Špecifický cieľ projektu:1. Zlepšenie kvality života obyvateľov vnútrobloku.2. Zabezpečenie kvantitatívneho a kvalitatívneho rozvoja územia vnútrobloku.Hlavná aktivita projektu: Revitalizácia vnútroblokového priestoru na ul. Marka Čulena č. 29-49 v Prešove - 1. etapa.Miesto realizácie projektu: parcelné číslo: KN-C 8617/1; KN-C 8616; KN-C 8618; KN-C 8622; KN-C 8626, katastrálne územie Prešov.Dĺžka realizácie projektu:15 mesiacov Merateľné ukazovatele: P0679 Vytvorené alebo obnovené otovrené preistranstvá v mestských oblastiach 5 487 m2, P0620 Revitalizované otvorené priestranstvá vnútroblokov mimo UMR v hodnote 0, pretože projekt je realizovaný na území mestskej funkčnej oblasti, preto uvedený merateľný ukazovateľ je uvádzaný v hodnote 0.
