Obiectivul general al proiectului este sprijinirea cu echipamente mobile IT pentru a participa la cursuri online a studenților USV care indeplinesc criteriile pentru burse sociale și burse sociale ocazionale, în contextul evitarii riscului de infectie cu coronavirus SARS-CoV-2. Scopul general al prezentului proiect contribuie în mod direct la atingerea primei masuri prevazuta in OUG 174/2020 pentru modificarea și completarea unor acte normative care reglementează activitatea de sprijin financiar din fonduri externe nerambursabile, în contextul crizei provocate de COVID-19 care modifica OUG 144 din 24 august 2020 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, privind unele măsuri pentru alocarea de fonduri externe nerambursabile necesare desfășurării în condițiile de prevenție a activităților didactice aferente anului școlar/universitar 2020/2021 în contextul riscului de infecție cu coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 si anume: „modificarea dispusă are în vedere dotarea universităților cu echipamente din domeniul informației IT mobile, respectiv tablete cu acces la internet, de echipamente/dispozitive electronice, ce vor fi distribuite studenților care îndeplinesc criteriile pentru a beneficia de burse sociale și burse sociale ocazionale, înmatriculați la programele de studii din ciclurile de învățământ universitar care sunt în imposibilitate de a achiziționa din resurse proprii aceste dispozitive electronice cu conexiune la internet, necesare participării la activitatea didactică ce se va desfășura în mediul online.” Prin implementarea obiectivelor specifice prevazute in proiect se va asigura de asemenea implementarea primei masuri prevazuta in OUG 174/2020 din 16 octombrie 2020, prin dotarea dotarea studentilor care indeplinesc criteriile pentru a beneficia de burse sociale si burse sociale ocazionale cu echipamente mobile din domeniul tehnologiei informației de tipul tabletelor școlare, asigurand desfasurea orelor in sistem on-line, evitandu-se astfel contactul direct al studentilor cu profesorii și cu ceilalți colegi. De asemenea, implementarea acestor obiective specifice va contribui si la prevenirea riscului de infectare cu coronavirusul SARS-CoV-2, a studentilor si profesorilor, fapt care ar pune în pericol desfășurarea în condiții normale a tuturor activităților din mediul academic. Prezentul proiect raspunde interesului strategic national de a asigura desfășurarea în bune condiții a activităților didactice în anul universitar 2020-2021, respectiv de a asigura desfășurarea în bune condiții a serviciului public de educație. The general objective of the project is to support with mobile IT equipment to participate in online courses of USV students who meet the criteria for social scholarships and occasional social scholarships, in the context of avoiding the risk of coronavirus infection SARS-CoV-2.
