Jedná sa o existujúcu budovu ZUŠ na Hurbanovej ulici v Bardejove. Objekt ZUŠ pozostáva z dvoch častí – uličná časť a dvorné krídlo v pôdorysnom tvare písmena „T“. Uličná časť je čiastočne podpivničená, trojpodlažná budova s podkrovím a dvorné krídlo je nepodpivničená dvojpodlažná budova s podkrovím. Obidve časti sú prepojené schodiskovým priestorom. Strecha je šikmá sedlová s valbami na koncoch. Vo valbach sú osadené presvetľovacie vikiere. Konštrukčne je objekt murovanou stavbou so železobetónovými stropmi a dreveným krovom. Účelom projektu je znížiť celkové energetické náklady prevádzky ZUŠ výmenou vonkajších okenných a dverných výplní, zateplením celého objektu školy, výmenou existujúcich interiérových svietidiel a časti vykurovacích telies, vyregulovaním ÚVK a výmenou ohrievačov TÚV. Zateplením objektu a jeho modernizáciou dôjde k technickému zhodnoteniu a skvalitneniu priestorov ZUŠ. Prevádzka a dispozície objektu ostávajú bez zmeny. (Slovak)

This is an existing building of ZUŠ on Hurbanova street in Bardejov. The building ZUŠ consists of two parts – the street part and the court wing in the plan shape of the letter “T”. Street part is partly basement, three-storey building with attic and court wing is basement two-storey building with attic. Both parts are interconnected by the staircase. The roof is sloping saddle with valbs at the ends. In the valbas are equipped with illuminating dormers. Structurally, the building is brick construction with reinforced concrete ceilings and wooden bush. The purpose of the project is to reduce the total energy costs of running ZUŠ by replacing external window and door panels, insulation of the whole school building, replacement of existing interior lighting fixtures and parts of heating elements, regulation of the CHA and replacement of DHW heaters. The insulation of the building and its modernisation will result in technical evaluation and improvement of the premises of the primary school. The operation and layout of the object remain unchanged. (English)
