Projekt “Revitalizácia centrálneho parku Poprad Kvetnica” je svojim zameraním na regeneráciu zeleného priestranstva, ktoré slúži obyvateľom obytných domov a domova seniorov v mestskej časti Kvetnica – Poprad, v súlade so stratégiou IROP, PO 4. Zlepšenie kvality života v regiónoch s dôrazom na životné prostredie a špecifickým cieľom 4.3.1 Zlepšenie environmentálnych aspektov v mestách a mestských oblastiach prostredníctvom budovania prvkov zelenej infraštruktúry a adaptáciou urbanizovaného prostredia na zmenu klímy ako aj zavádzaním systémových prvkov znižovania znečistenia ovzdušia a hluku. Dominantnou časťou projektu “Revitalizácia centrálneho parku Poprad Kvetnica” je riešenie priestranstva, ktoré je vo vlastníctve žiadateľa, pomocou prvkov zelenej infraštruktúry a adaptáciou urbanizovaného prostredia na zmenu klímy ako aj zavádzaním systémových prvkov znižovania znečistenia ovzdušia a hluku. Vo vymedzenom riešenom území sa v súčasnosti nachádza centrálny park s kombinovanou asfaltovo trávnatou plochou, chodníkmi pre peších a teleso obslužnej komunikácie. Riešené územie je zo západu ohraničené štátnou cestou I/67, zo severnej strany objektom bytového domu a objektmi zariadenia pre ubytovanie a opatrovateľské služby SENIORPARKU, z východnej strany bytovým domom a obslužnou komunikáciou a z južnej strany potokom a miestnou komunikáciou. Projekt rieši rekonštrukciu a obnovu parku, vytvorenie kultivovaných a technicky vyhovujúcich komunikácií pre peších, obnovenie a vytvorenie plôch parkovej zelene pre oddych a relax najmä obyvateľov bytového domu, ktorí majú právo prechodu a prejazdu, klientov SENIORPARKU, ale aj návštevníkov tejto časti mesta Poprad.Merateľný ukazovateľ: Revitalizované otvorené priestranstvá vnútroblokov mimo UMR: 13 024 m2; (Slovak)

The project“Revitalisation of the central park Poprad Kvetnica” is its focus on the regeneration of green space, which serves residents of residential houses and homes of seniors in the district of Kvetnica – Poprad, in accordance with the strategy of IROP, PO 4. Improving the quality of life in regions, with an emphasis on the environment and specific objective 4.3.1 Improving environmental aspects in cities and urban areas by building green infrastructure elements and adapting urbanised environments to climate change, as well as introducing system elements for reducing air and noise pollution. The dominant part of the project “Revitalisation of the central park Poprad Kvetnica” is the solution of the area owned by the applicant, using elements of green infrastructure and adapting the urbanised environment to climate change as well as introducing system elements to reduce air and noise pollution. In the defined area there is currently a central park with a combined asphalt-grass area, footpaths and service communication body. The area is bordered from the west by the state road I/67, on the north side by the object of the apartment building and the facilities for accommodation and care services SENIORPARK, on the east side of the apartment building and service communication, and on the south side by stream and local communication. The project deals with the reconstruction and restoration of the park, the creation of cultivated and technically suitable roads for pedestrians, restoration and creation of areas of park green for rest and relaxation especially for residents of an apartment building, who have the right to cross and pass, clients of SenioRPARK, but also visitors to this part of the town of Poprad.
