Predložený projekt predstavuje počiatočnú investíciu pre spoločnosť LIMO ŠPES, s.r.o. investíciou do hmotných aktív, ktorá sa bude týkať výroby nových výrobkov spoločnosti v novej prevádzkarni v obci Sulín. Cieľ projektu: Inovácia produktu v spoločnosti LIMO Špes, s.r.o. nákupom inovatívnych technológií. Hlavná aktivita projektu: 1. Ostatné inovačné opatrenia Predmetom aktivity je obstaranie inovatívnej technológie, t.j. obstaranie plno automatickej technologickej linky vrátane vyfukovania plastových PET fliaš, miešania nápojov, ich plnenia, etiketovania, balenia a uloženia do paliet. Súčasťou výrobného procesu je varňa sirupov, miešanie koncentrátov a polotovarov, vrátane ich akumulácie v miešacích a dochladzovacich tankoch. Pre chod technológie je aj jej súčasťou automatická kompresorová stanica. Na zabezpečenie hygienickej nezávadnosti výrobkov je zabudovaná CIP stanica. Uvedené technológie nie sú katalógovo vyrábané a ponúkané, ale dodávané na základe vyšpecifikovaných parametrov pre konkrétne produkty Projekt je plne v súlade so Stratégiou výskumu a inovácií pre inteligentnú špecializáciu Slovenskej republiky (RIS3 SK) a nadväzuje na oblasť špecializácie „ Zhodnocovanie domácej surovinovej základne“, ktorá pochádza z územia Slovenskej republiky. Predmetom projektu je výroba nových nealkoholických minerálnych vôd. Projekt predstavuje a prináša inováciu stredného stupňa. Prevádzku predmetu projektu bude zabezpečovať žiadateľ. The submitted project constitutes an initial investment for LIMO ŠPES, s.r.o. by investing in tangible assets, which will concern the production of new products of the company in a new establishment in the municipality of Sulín. Objective of the project: Product innovation at LIMO Špes, s.r.o. by purchasing innovative technologies. Main activity of the project: 1. Other innovative measures The subject of the activity is the acquisition of innovative technology, i.e. procurement of a full automatic technology line, including blowing plastic PET bottles, mixing beverages, filling them, labelling, packaging and palletising. Part of the production process is the brewhouse of syrups, mixing of concentrates and semi-finished products, including their accumulation in mixing and cooling tanks. For the operation of the technology is also part of the automatic compressor station. A CIP station is built-in to ensure the hygiene of the products. The above technologies are not catalogue-produced and offered, but delivered on the basis of specified parameters for specific products The project is fully in line with the Research and Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialisation of the Slovak Republic (RIS3 SK) and follows the area of specialisation “Evaluation of the domestic raw material base”, which comes from the territory of the Slovak Republic. The subject of the project is the production of new non-alcoholic mineral waters. The project presents and brings about middle-level innovation. The operation of the project subject will be ensured by the applicant.
