**Notre projet propose de lever les freins à la Mobilité en matière d'insertion professionnelle des publics fragiles via un accompagnement individualisé vers l’emploi.** Nous réalisons un Test mobilité à l’entrée du participant qui nous permet de définir l’importance de la compétence mobilité dans sa recherche d’emploi et les solutions à apporter pour lever les blocages. Nous permettons ainsi, par notre action, l’amélioration de l’accès à l’emploi ou à la formation de nos participants par l’acquisition de cette compétence-clef. A ce titre, nous mettons en oeuvre les actions intervenant dans le cadre de : _**_\- L’optimisation de la prospection des demandeurs d’emplois_**_ , en élargissant leur sphère de recherche d’emploi, au territoire de l’agglomération ou du département et non à un seul territoire ou quartier. Ainsi, nous mettons en oeuvre des formations qui visent à cibler les bassins d’emplois, les entreprises, correspondant aux projets professionnels des participants. Cet axe s’appuie notamment sur la mobilisation des outils mobilité pour compléter les techniques de recherche d’emploi : utilisation des nouvelles technologies, lecture de plan, mise en situation pratique. __**\- La valorisation des compétences**__ : notre accompagnement individualisé vise à autonomiser le participant, dans la maîtrise, dans la valorisation, de ses compétences clés en matière de mobilité. De façon concrète, il s’agit d’apprendre aux participants à faire valoir leurs compétences mobilité auprès d’un employeur lors d’un entretien d’embauche. Ceci est d’autant plus important lorsque le participant ne dispose pas du permis de conduire, alors que ce dernier constitue un pré-requis récurrent qui conditionne le recrutement pour l’employeur. Il est à noter que nous renforçons cette démarche par la mobilisation d’ateliers collectifs, qui contribuent à remobiliser nos participants dans leurs parcours d’accès à l’emploi. __**\- L'accompagnement via des services matériels**__ (mise à disposition de véhicules), _**_services pédagogiques, de conseil_**_ (aide à l'achat/réparation, assurance, microcrédit,…) en vue de rendre autonome le public accompagné. __**\- L’accompagnement vers la recherche de solutions financières (accès aux droits, tarifications sociales, accès au microcrédit social, …).**__ _**Présentation du fonctionnement avec les prescripteurs et partenaires :**_ L’association Wimoov collabore avec l’ensemble des structures intervenant sur le champ de l’accompagnement social et professionnel sur les territoires. Ces dernières, une fois le besoin identifié, nous adressent, en ligne via la plateforme Internet WIN, une demande de prise en charge. Une fois cette dernière réceptionnée, plusieurs options sont possibles quant aux modalités de passation du Test Mobilité : il est proposé que celui-ci puisse être réalisé soit directement par l’accompagnateur social soit qu’il soit délégué au Conseiller Mobilité Wimoov. Selon les modalités convenues avec chaque structure prescriptrice, il sera prévu en amont un temps de formation des professionnels de l’accompagnement social à l’utilisation de la plateforme WIN. De même, chacun des prescripteurs disposera d’un accès sécurisé (identifiant et mot de passe) lui permettant de se connecter à la plateforme WIN. Chaque prescripteur est impliqué dans notre démarche d’accompagnement par des actions conjointes et par un retour systématique de nos actions. En outre, chaque prescripteur, depuis son accès individuel à la plateforme WIN, pourra visualiser en temps réel les accompagnements mis en oeuvre par les Conseillers Mobilité Wimoov, à destination des participants qu’il aura orienté. Les prescripteurs pré-identifiés sont : \- Les UTASI, par le biais des Assistantes Sociales, \- Les centres sociaux, \- Les CCAS, \- L’UDAF \- Les structures d’insertion par l’activité économique ; \- Les régies de Quartiers, chantier d’insertion, association Intermédiaire … \- Les organismes de formation (pour les accompagnements Mobilité pré-ciblés sur le permis de conduire) (French)

**Our project proposes to lift the barriers to mobility in the field of occupational integration of fragile audiences through individualised support to employment.** We carry out a Mobility Test at the entrance of the participant which allows us to define the importance of mobility competence in his job search and the solutions to be provided to remove obstacles. We thus enable, through our action, the improvement of access to employment or training of our participants through the acquisition of this key competence. As such, we implement the measures taken in the context of: _**_\- Optimisation of job-seekers’ prospecting, by extending their area of job search to the territory of the agglomeration or department and not to a single territory or district. Thus, we implement training aimed at targeting the employment pools, companies, corresponding to the professional projects of the participants. This axis is based in particular on the mobilisation of mobility tools to complement job search techniques: use of new technologies, plan reading, practical implementation. __**\- Valorisation of skills**__: our individualised support aims to empower the participant, in the mastery, in the valorisation of their key mobility skills. In practical terms, the aim is to teach participants how to apply their mobility skills to an employer during a job interview. This is all the more important when the participant does not have a driver’s licence, whereas the driver’s licence is a recurrent prerequisite for recruitment for the employer. It should be noted that we are strengthening this process through the mobilisation of collective workshops, which help to remobilise our participants in their paths of access to employment. __**\- Support via material services**__ (provision of vehicles), _**_ pedagogical services, consultancy services_**_ (purchasing/repair assistance, insurance, microcredit,...) in order to make the accompanied public autonomous. __**\- Supporting the search for financial solutions (access to rights, social pricing, access to social microcredit, etc.).**__ _**Presentation of the operation with prescribers and partners:**_ The Wimoov association collaborates with all the structures involved in the field of social and professional support in the territories. Once the need has been identified, they send us a support request online via the WIN Internet platform. Once the latter has been accepted, several options are possible as to how to carry out the Mobility Test: it is proposed that this can be carried out either directly by the social worker or that it be delegated to the Mobility Advisor Wimoov. In accordance with the arrangements agreed with each prescribing structure, it will be foreseen in advance a training time for professionals of social support in the use of the WIN platform. Similarly, each prescriber will have secure access (ID and password) to connect to the WIN platform. Each prescriber is involved in our accompanying approach through joint actions and a systematic return of our actions. In addition, each prescriber, from its individual access to the WIN platform, will be able to visualise in real time the support provided by the Wimoov Mobility Advisors, for the participants he/she has directed. Pre-identified prescribers are: \- UTASI, through Social Assistants, \- Social centres, \- CCAS, \- UDAF \- Integration structures through economic activity; \- Directions de Quartiers, insertion site, association Intermediate... \- Training organisations (for mobility accompaniment pre-targeted on the driver’s licence) (English)
