L'assistance technique à la gestion de la subvention globale FSE du Département de Loire-Atlantique permet d'assurer les actions suivantes : _Tâches de suivi et de pilotage général de la subvention globale (gestion du programme)_ * Suivi financier de la subvention globale et établissement des déclarations de dépenses * Pilotage qualitatif et quantitatif des dispositifs cofinancés * Suivi et le cas échéant, renseignement des indicateurs du programme opérationnel * Participation aux instances de suivi, d'évaluation et de programmation de l'AGD * Renseignement des données techniques et financières sur le site dématérialisé "Ma Démarche FSE" * Réalisation de contrôles * Rédaction de rapports sur les contrôles. _Tâches de gestion des dossiers d'opérations_ : * Information, animation, appui aux bénéficiaires * Guichet de réception des demandes de subvention * Étude de recevabilité des demandes * Instruction des demandes de subvention * Présentation et Sélection des opérations devant le comité de pilotage FSE et l'instance de programmation à savoir la Commission permanente. * Notification aux bénéficiaires dès la sélection, de l'ajournement ou du rejet de leur demande * Établissement et signature des actes attributifs des aides * Suivi de la mise en œuvre des opérations * Contrôle du recueil des données relatives aux indicateurs du programme opérationnel * Visites sur place en cours d'exécution * Contrôles de service fait * Notification des résultats des contrôles de service fait aux bénéficiaires * Paiement des aides aux bénéficiaires * Classement et archivage des dossiers uniques de gestion * Renseignement des données sur le site dématérialisé "Ma démarche FSE". Technical assistance for the management of the general ESF grant of the Département de Loire-Atlantique enables the following actions to be carried out: _Tasks for monitoring and general steering of the global grant (programme management)_ * Financial monitoring of the global grant and drawing up of declarations of expenditure * qualitative and quantitative piloting of the co-financed arrangements * Monitoring and, where appropriate, information of the indicators of the operational programme * Participation in the monitoring, evaluation and programming bodies of the AGD * Information of technical and financial data on the dematerialised site “My ESF Approach” * Performance of controls * Drafting of reports on controls. _Operations File Management Tasks_: * Information, animation, support to beneficiaries * Help desk for receipt of grant applications * Study of admissibility of applications * Instruction of grant applications * Presentation and selection of operations before the ESF Steering Committee and the programming body i.e. the Standing Committee. * Notification to beneficiaries as soon as their application has been selected, postponed or rejected * Establishment and signature of aid attributions * Monitoring of the implementation of operations * Monitoring of the collection of data relating to the indicators of the operational programme * on-the-spot visits in the course of implementation * Service checks done * Notification of the results of service checks made to beneficiaries * Payment of aid to beneficiaries * Classification and archiving of single management files * Information of the data on the dematerialised site “My ESF approach”.
