L'opération consiste en une valorisation d'une partie de l'itinéraire Via Podiensis (chemin de St Jacques de Compostelle) par la création d'un chemin pietonnier sur les communes de Saint-Chély d'Aubrac et de Conques en Rouergue. Elle s'inscrit dans un projet plus large de valorisation de la Via Podiensis porté par plusieurs Communautés de communes et dont le chef de filât est assuré par la Communauté d'Agglomération du Puy en Velay. The operation consists of a valuation of part of the Via Podiensis route (path to St Jacques de Compostela) by creating a pedestrian road on the communes of Saint-Chély d’Aubrac and Conques en Rouergue. It is part of a broader project to enhance the Via Podiensis, carried out by several Communities of Municipalities, whose head of project is provided by the Community of Aglomeration of Puy en Velay.
