Pour veiller au respect de la stratégie du pôle, le Syndicat mixte du Parc naturel régional des Grands Causses assurera un suivi permanent des actions inscrites dans sa candidature. Ce suivi comprendra l'animation du comité de pilotage, l'accompagnement des maîtres d'ouvrage mais également un suivi administratif et financier des opérations en lien avec les chefs de file des opérations collaboratives et les maîtres d'ouvrage. Toutes les actions de suivi se synthétiseront au sein d'un outil d'évaluation. De plus, le Syndicat mixte du Parc naturel régional des Grands Causses veillera à favoriser le transfert et l'échange d'expériences et pour cela sera l'interlocuteur privilégié du réseau de mutualisation Massif central. Le Parc souhaite pouvoir bénéficier de ce réseau pour échanger avec des destinations engagées dans la même direction, voire envisager le développement d'actions communes. Conformément à la stratégie du Pôle et afin d'assurer un effet d'entraînement maximum, une attention particulière sera portée sur l'animation des réseaux professionnels locaux. Pour cela, l'office de tourisme de Millau Grands Causses (via une mise à disposition) se verra confier une mission large dans le cadre de la stratégie autour de : - l'animation et qualification de la destination. - l'animation et la qualification des professionnels de la pleine nature. - la production, la promotion et la commercialisation du Pôle. To ensure compliance with the cluster’s strategy, the Syndicat mixte du Parc régional des Grands Causses will continuously monitor the actions listed in its application. This will include the facilitation of the steering committee, the support of the developers but also an administrative and financial follow-up of operations linked to the leaders of collaborative operations and the contracting authorities. All follow-up actions will be summarised in an evaluation tool. In addition, the Syndicat mixte du Parc régional des Grands Causses will promote the transfer and exchange of experiences and for this will be the privileged interlocutor of the Massif central pooling network. The Park wishes to be able to benefit from this network to exchange with destinations committed in the same direction, or even to consider the development of joint actions. In line with the Pole’s strategy and in order to ensure maximum spillover effect, particular attention will be paid to the animation of local professional networks. To this end, the tourist office of Millau Grands Causses (via a provision) will be entrusted with a broad mission within the framework of the strategy around: — animation and classification of the destination. — the animation and qualification of professionals of the full nature. — the production, promotion and marketing of the Pole.
