La Maison des services au public de Planoise est une nouvelle structure localisée au 7-9 rue Picasso qui regroupe sur plus de 1500 m² différents services de proximité (CCAS, CAF, CPAM, MiLo, conciliateur des droits, AAVI, …) ainsi qu’un espace numérique d’accès libre à destination des usagers. Dotée d’un guichet unique, cette MSAP est un véritable lieu d’accueil, d’orientation et d’information des publics qui apportera davantage de cohérence dans les relations entre l’administration et le public, tout en améliorant l’accès aux droits des usagers et en assurant une meilleure coordination des acteurs publics. The House of Services to the Public of Planoise is a new structure located at 7-9 rue Picasso which brings together over 1 500 m² various local services (CCAS, CAF, CPAM, Milo, conciliator of rights, aavi,...) as well as a digital space of free access for users. With a one-stop shop, this MSAP is a real place to welcome, guide and inform the public that will bring more coherence in the relations between the administration and the public, while improving access to users’ rights and ensuring better coordination of public actors.
