Le concept d’ « Ecole de la 2e Chance » s’adresse à des jeunes sortis du système scolaire de 18 ans à 30 ans, (possibilité d’intégration de jeunes âgés de 16 à 18 ans), prioritairement sans qualification et sans emploi, et qui sont de ce fait largement exposés au problème de l’exclusion sociale. Souvent privés de repères sociaux et familiaux, leur chance d’intégration sur le marché du travail est d’autant plus réduite. (French)
