Le projet CDEA est un projet collaboratif qui fait intervenir une cinquantaine de chercheurs de 4 instituts différents situés sur le Grand campus Dijonnais: l'Institut de Chimie Moléculaire de l'Université de Bourgogne, de l'UMR Procédés Alimentaires et Microbiologiques (PAM), du Laboratoire de Toxicologie alimentaire DERTTECH "PACKTOX" et de l'équipe Nanoform du Laboratoire Interdisciplinaire Carnot de Bourgogne. Dans l’optique d'apporter des réponses pragmatiques aux grands défis sociétaux (préservation de l'environnement, transition écologique, raréfaction des ressources alimentaires, …), le projet CDEA vise à économiser les ressources naturelles, en valoriser d'autres encore inexploitées, améliorer les procédés de fabrication et contrôler la qualité des produits. The CDEA project is a collaborative project involving some 50 researchers from 4 different institutes located on the Grand Campus Dijonnais: the Institute of Molecular Chemistry of the University of Burgundy, the UMR Food and Microbiological Processes (PAM), the Laboratory of Food Toxicology DERTTECH “PACKTOX” and the Nanoform team of the Carnot Interdisciplinary Laboratory of Burgundy. With a view to providing pragmatic responses to the major societal challenges (preservation of the environment, ecological transition, scarcity of food resources, etc.), the CDEA project aims to save natural resources, value others untapped, improve manufacturing processes and control the quality of products.
