Selon l’INSEE, le nombre de créations de sociétés est en hausse en Martinique, au premier trimestre 2017. Cependant les inégalités résident toujours entre les femmes et les hommes en Martinique, notamment en matière d'éducation, d'insertion professionnelle, d'emploi ou de conditions de vie. Face à cette situation du chômage accru des femmes, MIC propose une opération qui consiste à encourager les 15 femmes demandeurs d’emploi de 16 à 25 ans qui ont déjà un projet dans le cadre de l’économie sociale et solidaire englobant (création d’association- les Ateliers Chantier d’Insertion « ACI » - les activités d’animation du territoire, l’hôtellerie adaptée), ou en cours de création d'entreprise. En effet, les femmes dépourvues d'expérience dans l'entrepreneuriat estiment le plus souvent cette démarche de création "compliquée" et pensent "manquer de compétences" pour réussir leur parcours de création de leur emploi. Cette opération se déroulera du 01er octobre 2018 au 31 octobre 2019, en deux grandes parties, qui consistera premièrement à former les créateurs « définition du projet, le montage financier, le démarrage de l'activité », et deuxièmement à les accompagner dans la mise en place et la concrétisation de leur projet « six mois ». Aussi, cet accompagnement consistera à valider les différentes étapes de mise en œuvre d’un projet de création d’entreprise en privilégiant le projet de TPE, d’auto-entrepreneuse, de microprojet artisanal et de service. According to INSEE, the number of new companies in Martinique increased in the first quarter of 2017. However, inequalities still exist between women and men in Martinique, particularly in terms of education, occupational integration, employment or living conditions. In response to this situation of increased unemployment among women, MIC is proposing an operation to encourage the 15 women seeking employment between the ages of 16 and 25 who already have a project within the framework of the inclusive social and solidarity economy (association creation — the Ateliers Chantier d’Insertion “ACI” — activities of animation of the territory, the adapted hotel industry), or in the process of setting up a business. Indeed, women with no experience in entrepreneurship most often consider this creative approach “complicated” and think “lack of skills” to succeed in creating their job. This operation will take place from 01 October 2018 to 31 October 2019, in two main parts, which will consist firstly of training the creators “definition of the project, the financial assembly, the start of the activity”, and secondly to accompany them in the implementation and implementation of their project “six months”.
