Le projet consiste en la rénovation thermique concernant 13 bâtiments localisés à Melun (squares Ribot et Siegfried et Rue Calmette) accueillant 214 logements (à Melun /ZUS/Quartiers Nord ). L’opération s’inscrit à la fois dans la politique actuelle de renouvellement urbain au titre l’ANRU et dans le Programme Local de l’Habitat (PLH) de la CA Melun Val de Seine qui vise à favoriser les projets de réhabilitation du parc de logements existants. The project consists of the thermal renovation of 13 buildings located in Melun (squares Ribot and Siegfried and Rue Calmette) housing 214 dwellings (in Melun/ZUS/North Quarters). The operation is part of both the current urban renewal policy under the ANRU and the Local Habitat Programme (PLH) of the CA Melun Val de Seine, which aims to promote projects to rehabilitate the existing housing stock.
