Le Centre Communal d’Action Sociale et plus précisément son Service Solidarité Insertion souhaite mettre en place l’accompagnement et le suivi renforcé des jeunes et des adultes orientés vers le PLIE du Choletais afin de développer au sein de ses services, l'accompagnement en insertion professionnelle de ses bénéficiaires en complémentarité et dans une logique de parcours au regard de l'accompagnement social déjà réalisé. Cet accompagnement qui s’adressera aux personnes seules ou en couple sans enfants, orientées vers le PLIE par Pôle emploi, prescrites vers le PLIE par la MDS de Cholet, le CCAS, les SIAE, la Mission Locale, le SERVICE EMPLOI / CAC, interviendrait du 1er janvier 2015 au 31 décembre 2015. L’accompagnement portera sur 70 personnes au total. A cet effet, un poste contractuel de Conseiller Emploi Formation sera renouvelé sur le grade d'assistant socio-éducatif à temps partiel et à hauteur de 0,75 ETP du 1er janvier au 31 Décembre 2015. Cette professionnelle accueillera et accompagnera le public dont l’entrée a été validée sur le dispositif PLIE, sur le site du Pôle Social au 24 avenue Maudet, site accessible aux personnes handicapées où il disposera personnellement d’un téléphone, d’un bureau d'accueil du public, d’un poste informatique et de tout le matériel et l’équipement du service. The Centre Communal d’Action Sociale and more specifically its Service Solidarité Insertion wants to set up the support and reinforced follow-up of young people and adults oriented towards the Choletais PLIE in order to develop within its services the support in professional integration of its beneficiaries in complementarity and in a logic of course with regard to the social support already carried out. This support, which will be addressed to persons alone or in couple without children, oriented towards the PLIE by Pôle emploi, prescribed to the PLIE by the MDS de Cholet, the CCAS, the SIAE, the Local Mission, the EMPLOYMENT/CAC SERVICE, would take place from 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2015. The accompaniment will cover a total of 70 people. To this end, a contractual post of Employment Training Adviser will be renewed on the grade of part-time socio-educational assistant at the level of 0.75 FTE from 1 January to 31 December 2015. This professional will welcome and accompany the public whose entry has been validated on the PLIE device, on the site of the Social Pole at 24 avenue Maudet, a site accessible to people with disabilities where they will personally have a telephone, a public reception desk, a computer station and all the equipment and equipment of the service.
