Le projet appartient plus largement au dispositif ACTE développé sur le département de Seine-St-Denis. L’opération de l’association APCIS existe depuis novembre 2011 sur Bagnolet mai 2012 sur Epinay-sur-Seine. L’action vise un public de collégiens exclus de leur établissement, cumulant divers facteurs de vulnérabilité (sociaux, culturel, éducatif, psychologique). Dans ce contexte, les conduites de ruptures deviennent des moyens permettant à certains adolescents de s’affirmer. Le projet d’accueil et d’accompagnement des collégiens exclus et de leurs parents pendant la période d’exclusion temporaire permet de suivre individuellement les jeunes concernés, et de travailler sur l’officialisation du retour des collégiens exclus en renforçant l’accompagnement et le suivi des situations les plus complexes. The project belongs more broadly to the ACTE system developed on the Seine-St-Denis department. The operation of the association APCIS has existed since November 2011 on Bagnolet May 2012 on Epinay-sur-Seine. The action targets an audience of schoolchildren excluded from their establishment, accumulating various factors of vulnerability (social, cultural, educational, psychological). In this context, break-ups become a means for some adolescents to assert themselves. The project to receive and accompany excluded school students and their parents during the period of temporary exclusion allows individual follow-up of the young people concerned, and to work on the formalisation of the return of excluded schoolchildren by strengthening the support and follow-up of the most complex situations.
