The CAPF was selected on 18 June 2015 by the Lower Normandy Region following its application for a call for projects entitled "Integrated Territorial Investments under the ERDF/ESF Operational Programme 2014-2020. Among the themes chosen by the CAPF are the need to optimise and improve the use of means of public transport, in the city in particular the service of the Priority Districts of the City (QPV).The neighbourhoods Saint Sauveur and Saint Michel must be able to easily access all the services in the territory: offers of care, administrative services, downtown and peripheral shops, but also be interconnected. This is why the CAPF will launch a programme to develop a multi-modal platform that will greatly improve the urban services of the neighbourhoods.A multimodal pole will be effectively upgraded Place Leclerc in Flers.
