L'accompagnement proposé aux participants est individualisé, renforcé et global. Individualisé : avec chaque participant, le référent de parcours est à l'écoute de sa situation globale, recuille avec attention ses besoins, et clarifie ses attentes. Après une phase d'accueil et d'évaluation, et en fonction des problématiques identifiées, il préconise en parfait accord avec lui, les étapes du parcours en prévisionnel sur le logiciel Visualcourse. Renforcé : concernant les personnes très éloignées de l'emploi, le lien entre le participant accompagné et le référent de parcours doit être fort, et dynamique. Les entretiens seront réguliers, au moins deux fois par mois, et plus si le participant est demandeur. Le référent doit être disponible à chaque étape du parcours afin d'apporter d'éventuelles solutions aux difficultés et prévenir, le cas échéant, les risques d'abandon. Global : L'émergence d'un projet professionnel est fondée sur les potentialités de la personne accompagnée. L'accompagnement prend en compte l'ensemble des problèmes périphériques identifiés chez le participant dans son insertion socioprofessionnelle : accès au droit, logement, santé mobilité, etc... Le référent de parcours amorce la procédure de déclenchement des aides individualisées liées à la mobilité et l'emploi. Une procédure de financement et cofinancement des formations individualisées dans le droit commun, peut être envisagée. Pour la gestion des étapes de parcours du participant et avoir une visibilité de l'accompagnement, le référent devra renseigner le logiciel Visualcourse afin de valoriser leur travail par rapport aux objectifs visés et/ou réalisés. Les objectifs visés par le référent PLIE sont définis ainsi : \- mobilisation ou remobilisation de 60 participants en file active dans une démarche de mobilisation et de retour vers l'emploi, \- inciter le participant à accéder à une formation pré-qualifiante puis qualifiante, en coordination avec son projet professionnel, \- soutenir, accompagner et maintenir dans l'emploi stable. Le référent de parcours est affecté à temps plein sur l'accompagnement du public PLIE et à des missions particulières liées à celui-ci. L'accompagnement s'inscrit dans le cadre d'objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs de suivi et de placement fixés par le PLIE. Concernant ses missions particulières, le référent doit être prêt pour : \- être un relais d'informations sur les actions du PLIE, entre les référents chargés des suivis PLIE, les participants, les chargés de projet du PLIE, les partenaires extérieurs, etc (French)

A procedure for the financing and co-financing of individual training courses under the ordinary law may be envisaged. For the management of the participant’s journey stages and to have a visibility of the accompaniment, the referent must inform the Visualcourse software in order to value their work in relation to the objectives pursued and/or achieved. The objectives pursued by the PLIE referee are defined as follows: \- mobilise or remobilise 60 participants active in a process of mobilisation and return to employment, \- encourage the participant to access pre-qualifying and then qualifying training, in coordination with his/her professional project, \- support, accompany and maintain in stable employment. The path reference is assigned on a full-time basis to support the PLIE public and to specific tasks related to it. Support is part of quantitative and qualitative monitoring and placement objectives set by the PLIE. With regard to their specific tasks, the referee must be prepared to: \- be a relay of information on the actions of the PLIE, between the focal points responsible for PLIE follow-ups, participants, PLIE project managers, external partners, etc. (English)
