**Le Plan Local pour l'Insertion et l'Emploi (PLIE) du Cotentin** constitue un dispositif de mise en cohérence des interventions publiques au plan local qui vise à favoriser l'insertion professionnelle de personnes sans emploi rencontrant des difficultés particulières d'insertion. Le PLIE mobilise l'ensemble des acteurs intervenant, avec l'Etat et le Service Public de l'Emploi, en matière d'insertion sociale et professionnelle. _Cette démarche partenariale doit :_ * Permettre l'intégration et l'accompagnement de participants pour un objectif final de sortie positive du dispositif (CDI et CDD de plus de 6 mois, CTT de plus de 6 mois pendant une période de 8 mois, travail indépendant, entrée en formation professionnelle qualifiante) * Favoriser un meilleur suivi et une meilleure fluidité des parcours d'insertion à finalité professionnelle à travers une réflexion partagée sur les contenus et les modalités de mise en (French)

**The Local Plan for Insertion and Employment (PLIE) of the Cotentin** is a mechanism for bringing public interventions at local level into line with the aim of promoting the integration into the labour market of unemployed people with special integration difficulties. The PLIE mobilises all the actors involved, together with the State and the Public Employment Service, in the field of social and occupational integration. This partnership approach must:_ * Allow the integration and support of participants for a final objective of positive exit of the system (CDI and CDD of more than 6 months, CTT over 6 months for a period of 8 months, self-employment, entry into vocational training) * To promote better follow-up and smoothness of integration pathways for professional purposes through a shared reflection on the content and methods of implementation of the scheme.
