Projektom "Znanje je ključ dobrog socijalnog dijaloga" osiguravamo za 150 dionika SPVH i partnera na projektu HURS-a i SIHŽ-a pristup stručnim, pregovaračkim i komunikacijskim znanjima i obnovi postojećih, kreiramo uvjete za razmjenu iskustva i najboljih praksi za kvalitetno, brzo i efikasno rješavanje problema i izazova u željezničkom sektoru, potičemo rješavanje međusindikalnih sukoba uz razvoj partnerstva i suradnje, promičemo kvalitetnije uvjete rada, sindikalni aktivizam i važnost soc. partnerstva, te unapređujemo poštivanje prava radnika. We secure the key to good social dialogue by 150 FBOs and partners on the HURS project and SIRHA project access to professional, negotiating and communication knowledge and the renewal of existing ones, create conditions for the exchange of experience and best practices for the quality, rapid and efficient handling of problems and challenges in the railway sector, encourage the resolution of people-to-people conflicts alongside the development of partnership and cooperation, promote better quality working conditions, trade union activism and the importance of the partnership, and improve respect for workers’ rights.
