Kroz I. fazu projekta obnove dvorca Eugena Savojskog izradit će potrebna projektno-tehnička i studijska dokumentacije koja je osnovni preduvjet za obnovu, rekonstrukciju i revitalizaciju zaštićenog nepokretnog kulturnog dobra. U procesu izrade projektno-tehničke i studijske dokumentacije precizno će se definirati svi elementi njegove buduće namjene te sadržajno oblikovati kulturno-turistički potencijal s ciljem maksimalne kulturno-turističke valorizacije, ostvarenja potencijala i postizanja pozitivnih društveno-ekonomskih razvojnih efekata na lokalnoj i regionalnoj razini. Through the phase I project of the ‘Eugen Savojic’, a project will be drawn up by means of a technical and study documentation which is an essential prerequisite for restoring, reconstructing and revitalising a protected ‘stationary’ cultural goods. The design and technical and study documentation process will precisely define all the elements of its future use and shape cultural and tourism potential in order to maximise cultural tourism, maximise its potential and achieve positive socioeconomic developments at local and regional level.
