Povećanje energetske učinkovitosti i korištenja obnovljivih izvora energije u poslovnom centru tvrtke Auto Hrvatska d.d. ostvarit će se energetskom obnovom ovojnice kondicioniranog prostora zgrade, ugradnjom fotonaponskih pretvarača stupnja iskoristivosti većeg od 15% za vlastitu proizvodnju električne energije i s namjenom za vlastitu potrošnju, ugradnjom učinkovitijeg sustava rasvjete, ugradnjom dizalice topline zrak/voda visokog energetskog razreda za potrebe grijanja i hlađenja predmetne energetski troškovne cjeline, te mjerom upravljanja energijom u energetski troškovnoj cjelini.Tim mjerama ostvarit će se ušteda godišnje isporučene energije u iznosu od 40,3% i smanjenje emisija CO2 za 140,8 t na godišnjoj razini. The increase in energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy at the business centre of Auto Croatia d.d. will be achieved by the energy renovation of the envelope of the conditioned space of the building, by the installation of a rating PV of more than 15 % for self-generation and self-consumed, by installing a more efficient lighting system, by installing a more efficient lighting system, by installing a higher energy grade air/water heating system for the heating and cooling purposes of the energy cost unit concerned, and a energy management measure to achieve 40.3 % annual annual delivered energy savings and a reduction of 140.8 t of CO2 emissions per year.
