    Obiectivul general al proiectului este de consolidare si dezvoltare a 39 parteneriate cu angajatori pentru sprijinirea si dezvoltarea competentelor si aptitudinilor profesionale pe o perioada de 24 luni a 284 de studenti din cadrul domeniilor administratie publica, economic, inginerie, informatica, istorie, matematica, relatii internationale si studii europene in procesul de tranzitie din mediul educational catre piata muncii prin intermediul unui sistem integrat, intensiv si coerent de servicii de consiliere si orientare profesionala, organizarea de stagii de pregatire practica, din care 63 dintre acestea in entitati care activeaza in domenii de specializare inteligenta, workshop-uri si vizite de studiu in vederea facilitarii insertiei pe piata muncii a unui numar de 106 studenti. Scopul principal al proiectului consta in cresterea ratei de participare a studentilor din invatamantul tertiar universitar la programe de invatare la locul de munca, prin participarea unui numar de 284 de studenti inmatriculati in cadrul Universitatii din Petrosani si Universitatii din Bucuresti, precum si in cadrul altor facultati acreditate din domeniile abordate prin proiect, la activitati educationale optimizate, centrate pe formarea si dezvoltarea de competente profesionale si transversale cerute pe piata muncii, precum stagii de pregatire practica si sesiuni de consiliere si orientare in cariera, workshop-uri de dezvoltare personala si vizite de studiu, participarea in cadrul unui program de dezvoltare a competentelor antreprenoriale, activitati ce sunt implementate in cadrul unor parteneriate sustenabile cu sectorul privat, inclusiv cu entitati din sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC si din domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI. Toate acestea sunt menite sa dezvolte competentele profesionale si transversale cerute pe piata muncii, inclusiv pentru categoriile dezavantajate de persoane si sa asigure facilitarea insertiei pe piata muncii a absolventilor de studii tertiare in tranzitia acestora de la educatie la un loc de munca. Totodata, sustenabilitatea institutionala, precum si a programelor educationale va fi asigurata prin diseminarea, transferul si valorificarea bunelor practici dezvoltate in cadrul proiectului la nivel local si regional prin crearea unui sistem de informare coordonata intre sectorul privat/angajatori si mediul universitar, pentru a raspunde nevoilor actuale si viitoare ale pietei muncii.     The general objective of the project is to strengthen and develop 39 partnerships with employers to support and develop professional competences and skills for a period of 24 months of 284 students from the fields of public administration, economics, engineering, computer science, history, mathematics, international relations and European studies in the transition process from the educational environment to the labour market through an integrated, intensive and coherent system of counseling and professional guidance services, organising practical training internships, 63 of them in entities active in fields of intelligent specialisation, workshops and study visits in order to facilitate the insertion of 106 students into the labour market. The main goal of the project is to increase the participation rate of students from third-country university education in work-based learning programs, through the participation of 284 students registered at the University of Petrosani and University of Bucharest, as well as in other accredited faculties in the fields addressed by the project, in optimised educational activities, focused on training and development of professional and transversal skills required on the labor market. such as practical training internships and career counselling and guidance sessions, personal development workshops and study visits, participation in an entrepreneurial skills development program, activities that are implemented in the framework of sustainable partnerships with the private sector, including entities from economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to NCNS and in the fields of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI. All these are designed to develop the professional and transversal skills required on the labour market, including for disadvantaged categories of people and to ensure the facilitation of the insertion on the labour market of graduates of third-party studies in their transition from education to work. At the same time, institutional sustainability, as well as educational programs, will be ensured by disseminating, transferring and capitalising on the best practices developed within the project at local and regional level by creating a coordinated information system between the private sector/employers and academia, in order to meet the current and future needs of the labour market.
