Obiectivul general al proiectului este cresterea participarii la educatie pentru 778 copii (100 copii anteprescolari, 130 prescolari si 548 elevi) si 50 tineri si adulti si prevenirea parasirii timpurii a scolii, prin interventii integrate, cuprinzatoare si inovative, care raspund nevoilor specifice ale grupului tinta din Resita, Berzovia si Vermes, judetul Caras-Severin, identificate in analiza de nevoi. Acest obiectiv se va realiza prin masuri de facilitare a accesului la servicii educationale, bazate pe cunoasterea nevoilor copiilor, tinerilor/adultilor si familiilor lor (care cuprind inclusiv masuri de sprijin material si financiar) si prin asigurarea/furnizarea de servicii si programe educationale de calitate. Toate aceste masuri adresate grupului tinta sunt acompaniate de alte masuri cu caracter cuprinzator si inovativ, care sprijina demersurile de prevenire a parasirii timpurii a scolii si asigura sustenabilitatea: masuri de informare/constientizare, motivare si Empowerment care "ajuta persoanele sa se ajute singure" pentru a deveni active, prin constituirea de grupuri de sprijin care contribuie la crearea coeziunii sociale si la asigurarea legaturii cu alti actori sociali ce pot contribui la dezvoltarea comunitatii/educatiei (inclusiv prin actiuni de responsabilitate sociala ale companiilor), crearea de retele sustenabile in care sunt implicate autoritatile publice locale, comunitatile locale si potentialii angajatori, dar si prin dezvoltarea capacitatii resurselor umane din scoli, care vor asigura servicii de calitate si dupa finalizarea proiectului, cu efecte asupra reducerii fenomenului parasirii timpurii a scolii. Masurile planificate se adreseaza tuturor categoriilor de grup tinta (proiectul este de tip combinat) si corespund tuturor interventiilor stabilite in cadrul Strategiei privind reducerea părăsirii timpurii a scolii: masuri de prevenire (dezvoltarea programelor educationale si inlaturarea obstacolelor in calea succesului educational), de interventie (acordearea de sprijin pentru toate nivelurile de invatamant, in special furnizarea de servicii si programe educationale de calitate pentru imbunatatirea situatiei scolare) si de compensare (prin furnizarea programului A doua sansa catre tineri si adulti care au parasit prematur scoala, dobandirea calificarilor urmand a-i ajuta pentru integrarea pe piata muncii). Avand in vedere experienta si rezultatele obtinute pana in prezent de Solicitant in domeniul resurselor umane, partenerii 1, 2 si 3 in domeniul educatiei si partenerului 4 care va avea un rol determinant in crearea retelelor/parteneriatelor cu comunitatile locale, exista premise ca proiectul sa produca efecte imediate la nivelul copiilor, tinerilor/adultilor si familiilor lor si sa contribuie decisiv la reducerea semnificativa a numarului de persoane care parasesc timpuriu scoala. Pe termen lung, proiectul va genera efecte pozitive in privinta asigurarii unui cadru optim de dezvoltare a sistemului de educatie la nive (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to increase participation in education for 778 children (100 preschool children, 130 preschoolers and 548 students) and 50 young and adults and prevent early school leaving, through integrated, comprehensive and innovative interventions that meet the specific needs of the target group in Resita, Berzovia and Vermes, Caras-Severin county, identified in the needs analysis. This objective will be achieved through measures to facilitate access to educational services, based on knowledge of the needs of children, young people/adults and their families (including material and financial support measures) and by providing quality educational services and programs. All these measures addressed to the target group are accompanied by other measures of a comprehensive and innovative character, which support the efforts to prevent early school leaving and ensure sustainability: measures of information/awareness, motivation and Empowerment that “help people to help themselves” to become active, by setting up support groups that help create social cohesion and ensure the connection with other social actors that can contribute to community/education development (including through social responsibility actions of companies), creating sustainable networks involving local public authorities, local communities and potential employers, but also by developing the capacity of human resources in schools, which will ensure quality services after the completion of the project, with effects on reducing the phenomenon of early school leaving. The planned measures are addressed to all target group categories (the project is of a combined type) and correspond to all the interventions set out in the Strategy for reducing early school leaving: prevention measures (development of educational programs and removal of obstacles to educational success), intervention (support for all levels of education, especially the provision of quality educational services and programs to improve the school situation) and compensation (by providing second chance to young people and adults who left school prematurely, acquiring qualifications to help them integrate into the labour market). Given the experience and results achieved so far by the Applicant in the field of human resources, partners 1, 2 and 3 in the field of education and partner 4 who will play a decisive role in creating networks/partnerships with local communities, there are prerequisites for the project to produce immediate effects at the level of children, young people/adults and their families and to contribute decisively to the significant reduction of the number of people leaving school early. In the long term, the project will generate positive effects in terms of ensuring an optimal framework for the development of the education system at the level (English)
