The general objective was to support OIR POSDRU NORD-EST activities necessary for the closure of the Operational Programme Human Resources Development 2007-2013, as well as to support the Managing Authority and the Intermediate Bodies of POCU (e.g. personnel costs, logistical and organisational support, etc.) for the implementation of the various stages of the POCU, including project identification and development, selection, monitoring, evaluation, control and audit.
