Obiectivul general al proiectului il constituie dezvoltarea unui sistem de transport public de calatori eficient in vederea cresterii atractivitatii acestuia in detrimentul autoturismelor personale si reducerea emisiilor de carbon de echivalent CO2 din transport in Municipiul Tirgu Mures Proiectul propus - "Sistem de management al traficului în Municipiul Tîrgu Mureș” va contribui la îndeplinirea obiectivului general al priorității de investiții 4.1, de reducere a emisiilor de carbon în municipiile reședință de județ prin investiții bazate pe planurile de mobilitate urbană durabilă, în cadrul Programului Operaţional Regional (POR) 2014-2020. Acesta este un proiect de investiţie de utilitate publică, deoarece asigură accesul nediscriminatoriu şi deserveşte întreaga comunitate. Implementarea proiectului va contribui la reducerea emisiilor de gaze cu efect de seră din sectorul transporturilor. (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to develop an efficient public passenger transport system in order to increase its attractiveness to the detriment of private cars and to reduce CO2-equivalent carbon emissions from transport in the municipality of Tirgu Mures The proposed project – “Traffic Management System in the Municipality of Tîrgu Mures” will contribute to the achievement of the general objective of investment priority 4.1, reducing carbon emissions in the municipalities of county residence through investments based on sustainable urban mobility plans, within the Regional Operational Programme (ROP) 2014-2020. This is a public utility investment project, as it ensures non-discriminatory access and serves the entire community. The implementation of the project will contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from the transport sector. (English)
