Razvija se novi sustav plaćanja akutnih bolnica baziran na zadnjoj verziji sustava AR-DRG i klasifikacije bolesti ICD-10. Uvode se novi i unaprijeđeni medicinski postupci u evidenciju i fakturiranje bazirani na napretku medicinske struke i načina praćenja rada u zadnjih 9 godina. Uvedeni sustavi rezultirati će ispravnim kodiranjem usluga i fakturiranjem stvarnih medicinskih postupaka prema HZZO-u. Time će biti olakšano praćenje pokazatelja učinkovitosti i kvalitete između bolnica čime će se građanima omogućiti uvid u račune i izbor bolnica gdje se najefikasnije provodi određeni postupak. A new payment system for acute hospital based on the latest version of AR-DRG and the ICD-10 classification is being developed. New and improved medical procedures are introduced in records and billing based on the progress of medical and labour monitoring in the last 9 years. The systems put in place will result in the proper codification of services and invoicing of actual medical procedures towards the HDZ. this will facilitate the monitoring of performance indicators and quality among hospitals which will allow citizens to understand the accounts and the choice of hospitals where the most efficient process is being carried out.
