Obiectivul general al proiectului este cresterea gradului de participare la nivelul educatiei timpurii si invatamantului obligatoriu, in special pentru copii cu risc crescut de parasire timpurie a sistemului in comuna Salard, judetul Bihor. In prezent la scoala Gimanaziala „Szalardi Janos” din localitatea Salard, invata un numar de 217 elevi din clasele 0 – IV, fiind distribuiti in trei unitati: corpul A, corpul B si corpul C1. Cei 217 de elevii sunt divizati dupa cum urmeaza: -in corpul A studiaza 50 de elevi, alaturi de 186 de elevi din clasele V – VIII; -in corpul B 38 de elevi; - in corpul C1 129 de elevi. Corpul A se doreste sa fie destinat doar pentru clasele V – VIII si cursurile scolii profesionale din localitatea Salard, iar corpul B nu mai corespunde din punct de vedere tehnic. De asemenea, comuna estimeaza o creştere anuala a numarului de elevi cu 12, 13 participanti, respectiv un total de aproximativ 62 de elevi in invatamantul primar in urmatorii cinci ani. Aceasta preconizare rezulta din numarul cererilor de inscriere in clasa 0 care este in crestere continua comparativ cu anii anteriori. Mentionam de asemenea conform recensamantului efectuat in anul 2011 populatia era de 4.340 de locuitori, in crestere fata de recensamantul anterior din 2002, cand se inregistrasera 4.186 de locuitori. Dupa statisticile INSSE, in functie de cea mai recenta actualizare la 1 ianuarie 2017, populatia era de 4.488 locuitori. Odata cu cresterea numarului locuitorilor, a crescut si numarul copiilor care trebuie scolarizati, in special cei cu risc sporit de abandon scolar si de parasire timpurie a scolii. In acest sens, s-au suplimentat si locurile in invatamantul prescolar prin construirea unei gradinite cu program prelungit cu 3 grupe pentru 60 de copii in localitatea Salard in anul 2017. Astfel, prin prezentul proiect se propune construirea unui corp nou de cladire cu o capacitate de 150 de elevi, in care vor studia cei 88 de elevi reuniti din corpurile A si B, locurile ramase urmand sa acopere cresterea estimata de 62 de elevi. Totodata, pe acelasi amplasament este situat corpul C1, astfel procesul educational la nivel primar se va desfasura in mod unitar pentru cei 279 de elevi estimati la finalul perioadei de implementare, proiectul propus deservind intreaga populatie scoala primara din localitatea Salard. The general objective of the project is to increase the level of participation in early education and compulsory education, especially for children at increased risk of early leaving the system in Salard, Bihor county. Currently at the Gimanaziala School “Szalardi Janos” in Salard, they learn a number of 217 students from grades 0 to IV, being distributed in three units: body A, body B and body C1. The 217 students are divided as follows: to study 50 students, along with 186 students from grades V – VIII; in body B 38 students; in the body of C1 129 students. Body A is intended to be intended only for classes V to VIII and vocational school courses in Salard, and body B no longer corresponds from a technical point of view. The commune also estimates an annual increase in the number of students with 12, 13 participants, respectively a total of about 62 students in primary education in the next five years. This forecast results from the number of applications for entry in class 0 which is continuously increasing compared to previous years. We also mentioned according to the census carried out in 2011 the population was 4,340 inhabitants, increasing compared to the previous census in 2002, when 4,186 inhabitants were registered. According to INSSE statistics, according to the latest update on 1 January 2017, the population was 4,488 inhabitants. With the increase in the number of inhabitants, the number of children to be schooled has increased, especially those at increased risk of school dropout and early school leaving. In this regard, the places in preschool education were supplemented by the construction of a long-time kindergarten with 3 groups for 60 children in Salard in 2017. Thus, through this project it is proposed to build a new building body with a capacity of 150 students, in which the 88 students gathered from A and B buildings will study, the remaining places will cover the estimated increase of 62 students. At the same time, the C1 body is located on the same site, so the educational process at primary level will take place in a unitary way for the 279 students estimated at the end of the implementation period, the proposed project serving the entire population of the primary school in Salard.
