Projektis saab tööeluks ettevalmistuse 40 Ida-Virumaa noort vanuses 16-26 eluaastat. Selleks toimuvad noore individuaalne nõustamine, kuhu on kaasatud tema lähedaste võrgustik; koolitus tööelu jätkamiseks; tööandja erialakoolitus ja 2-kuuline praktika. Projekti lõpuüritusel esitletakse tulemusi ja edulugusid. Projekti tulemusel on vähemalt 24 noort leidnud endale püsiva töökoha ja 40 Ida-Virumaa noort on omandanud tööle asumiseks praktilised, erialased teadmised ja oskused. (Estonian)

40 young people aged between 16 and 26 in Ida-Viru County can prepare for working life in the project. To this end, individual counselling will be provided to the young person, involving a network of their loved ones; training to continue working life; professional training of the employer and a 2-month traineeship. The final event of the project presents results and success stories. As a result of the project, at least 24 young people have found a permanent job and 40 young people in Ida-Viru County have acquired practical, professional knowledge and skills to start work.
