In order to ensure the transparency of the enforcement system and legal certainty for the parties to the proceedings, the State shall carry out an analysis for the creation of a new central public register. It aims to provide the parties to enforcement proceedings with certainty that the claims will be met in the order in which they arrive. The most important objective of the register is to ensure that the parties to the proceedings and the State are able at any time to obtain an accurate overview of their claims, seizures and their order.
