Projektiga luuakse kriminaalmenetluse materjalidega töötamiseks digitaalne keskkond, mis võimaldab asuda loobuma pabertoimiku pidamise vajadusest. Pabertoimikutest loobumine vähendab sisuliselt ebavajalikku tehnilise töö hulka ja teha kriminaalmenetluse kannatanutele, tunnistajatele vähemkoormavaks. Vabanev ressurss suunatakse kuritegude sisulisele uurimisele ja menetluste juhtimisele: suureneb menetlusefektiivsus ja paremini on tagatud kannatanute ja tunnistajate õigused. (Estonian)

The project will create a digital environment for working with materials in criminal proceedings, which will enable you to abandon the need to keep a paper file. The abandonment of paper files reduces in substance unnecessary technical work and makes criminal proceedings less burdensome for victims, witnesses. The resource released will be directed to the substantive investigation of criminal offences and the management of proceedings: procedural efficiency is improved and victims‘and witnesses’ rights are better guaranteed.
