Põhimaantee km 13,0-16,0 viiakse vastavusse I klassi maanteele kehtestatud nõuetega. Rajatakse kogujateed, kergliiklusteed ja rekonstrueeritakse lõik linna piirist Jälgimäe vasakpöördeni, tehakse ümber Veskitammi, Nõlvaku, Vanasilla ja Seljaku tn ristumised põhimaanteega. Rajatakse 2 tunnelit jalakäijatele Veskitammi tn piirkonda. Lõigus Maanteeameti ristmik kuni Pääsküla jõgi tellis Tallinna Kommunaalamet linnalõigu projekti, millega rajatakse "Pargi ja reisi" parkla ja ühistranspordi terminal. (Estonian)

Km 13.0-16.0 of the main road will be brought into line with the requirements for Class I road. Collectors will be built, light traffic routes will be constructed and a section from the border of the city to the left turn of Jälgimäe will be reconstructed, the intersections of Veskitamm, Nõlvaku, Vanasilla and Seljaku with the main road will be reconstructed. 2 tunnels for pedestrians in the Veskitamm tn area will be built. In the section of the Road Administration junction to the Pääsküla River, Tallinn Public Administration commissioned a city section project to build "Pargi and travel" car park and public transport terminal.
