Projektitegevused hõlmavad järgmist: 1. Uue asfaltbetoonkatte ehitus ja teekonstruktsiooni aluskihtide rekonstrueerimine vastavalt tehnilistele projektidele. 2. Kulbilohu viadukti rampide ja Elva-Kulbilohu lõigu kogujatee katendi rekonstrueerimine. 3. Lõigule jääva 7 ristmiku liikluskorralduse uuendamine (lisa pöörderajad, ohutus- ja eraldussaared, vastav teetähistus). 4. Kergliiklustunneli rajamine Vissi küla juurde (km 157,2) ja olemasolevatelt teedelt tunnelile liigipääsu tagamiseks ühendustee ehitamine jalakäijatele ja jalgratturitele. 5. Bussipeatuste uuendamine kahe erineva lahendusega (4 esimest tüüpi - pingiga ja avatud taskus ning 3 teist tüüpi - ootepaviljon avatud taskus) ja nende ühendamiseks muu teedevõrguga jalgteede rajamine. 6. Kogu lõigul liiklusmärkide, teekattemärgistuse ja tähispostide uuendamine. 7. Sadevete äravoolusüsteemide (k.a truubid) puhastamine. 8. Kõikide teeületuskohtade juurde uue tänavavalgustuse rajamine vastavalt ristmike valgustuse tööprojektile. 9. Tehnovõrkude ümberpaigaldamine vastavalt tehnilisele projektile. (Estonian)

Project activities include: 1. Construction of new asphalt concrete coating and reconstruction of road construction substrates according to technical projects. 2. Reconstruction of Kulbilohu viaduct ramps and collector cover of Elva-Kulbilohu section. 3. Upgrading the traffic management of the intersection 7 in the section (additional lanes, safety and separating islands, corresponding road marking). 4. The construction of a light traffic tunnel in Vissi village (km 157.2) and the construction of a connection for pedestrians and cyclists to ensure access to the type from existing roads to tunnels. 5. Upgrading bus stops with two different solutions (4 types – with bench and open pocket and 3 other types – waiting pavilion in open pocket) and building footpaths to connect them to another road network. 6. Renewal of road signs, road markings and signposts on the entire section. 7. Cleaning of rainwater drainage systems (including culverts). 8. Construction of new street lighting at all road crossings according to the lighting project of the junctions. 9. Retrofitting of utilities in accordance with a technical project. (English)
