    The project of the learning community of fierce teachers contributes to the development of modern school culture in Saaremaa’s largest general education school. The development objectives of the Kuressaare Gymnasium are the recognition and development of talent; school as a cooperation chamber and co-operative body – cooperation with flight, class teachers and parents; teaching colleagues and learning from a colleague. The development and modernisation of the pedagogical capacity of the school’s teaching staff contributes to the implementation of a partnership-based approach to learning. (English)
