"Liidriks läbi kogemusõppe II" on õpetajate täiendkoolituse projekt, mis keskendub õpetajate liidriks olemise oskuste arendamisele. Igal koolitusel osalejal areneb suutlikkus käituda klassirühmas õppetööd läbi viies liidrina tänu sellele, et õppetöö toimub väikestes gruppides intensiivse kogemusõppena ning peamine rõhuasetus on iga osaleja käitumismustrite uurimisel ja peegeldamisel ning võimalike liidriks olemise mõttes tõhusamate alternatiivsete käitumisviiside kavandamisel ja harjutamisel. "Leader through Experimental Learning II" is a teacher in-service training project that focuses on developing teacher leadership skills. Each participant in the training develops the ability to act as a leader in teaching in a class group due to the intensive experiential learning in small groups, with the main emphasis being on studying and reflecting the behavioural patterns of each participant and in designing and practicing more effective alternative behaviours in terms of potential leadership.
