Projekta mērķis ir palielināt vienas no diskriminācijas riskiem visvairāk pakļautajām sabiedrības grupām Latvijā–pers. ar smagu invaliditāti (I un II invaliditātes grupa) un personu ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem integrāciju darba tirgū un sabiedrībā.Projektu uzsākot, tiks veikts darba tirgus pētījums, lai noskaidrotu profesijas, kuras Latvijas darba tirgū ir pieprasītas un kurās būtu iespējams iekļauties pers.ar smagu invaliditāti, kā arī pētījums, lai noskaidrotu darba tirgū pieprasītās prasmes, kuru apguve dotu iespēju darba tirgū iekļauties pers. ar GRT.Ņemot vērā darba tirgus pētījumos konstatēto, tiks nodrošināta nacionāla mēroga prof. rehabilitācijas sistēmas pilnveide un panāktas būtiskas izmaiņas prof. rehabilitācijas pakalpojumā un tā pieejamībā pers. ar smagu invaliditāti un pers. ar GRT, tai skaitā tiks pilnveidota prof. piemērotības noteikšanas sistēma, izstrādātas, licencētas, akreditētas un ieviestas jaunas, darba tirgus pieprasījumam atbilstošas prof. rehabilitācijas programmas pers. ar smagu invaliditāti. Savukārt, lai veicinātu pers. ar GRT iekļaušanos darba tirgū, projekta ietvaros tiks izstrādāta prasmju sertificēšanas sistēma un prasmju apraksti, kā arī izstrādātas un ieviestas darba tirgus vajadzībām atbilstošas prasmju apmācību programmas. Prof. rehabilitācijas pakalpojuma ietvaros projekta mērķa grupai tiks nodrošināta ne tikai prof. rehabilitācijas programmu vai prasmju apmācību programmu apguve, bet arī pasākumi, kas nepieciešami cilvēku darbspēju saglabāšanai un uzlabošanai (sociālā rehabilitācija), izstrādājot individuālās rehabilitācijas plānus, tiks sniegts atbalsts darba vietas atrašanai, kā arī sniegtas konsultācijas darba devējiem par projekta mērķa grupas dalībnieku iesaisti darbā. Prof. rehabilitācijas programmu un prasmju apmācību programmu laikā mērķa grupas dalībniekiem tiks nodrošinātas saturīga brīvā laika pavadīšanas iespējas. Pēc prof. rehabilitācijas programmas apguves mērķa grupas dalībnieks iegūs prof. kvalifikācijas apliecinošu dokumentu (diploms), savukārt pēc prasmju apmācības programmas – prasmju apliecinošu dokumentu (apliecinājums).Vienlaikus tiks nodrošināti nepieciešamie papildu pakalpojumi – izmitināšana, ēdināšana un transports. Prof. rehabilitācijas pakalpojumi tiks sniegti SIVA Jūrmalā.Lai veicinātu sabiedrības izpratni par pers. ar smagu invaliditāti vai pers. ar GRT spējām, kā arī, lai motivētu iespējamos darba devējus uzsākt darba attiecības ar projekta mērķa grupas dalībniekiem, projekta ietvaros tiks veikti sabiedrības informēšanas pasākumi.Projekta iznākuma rādītās: kopējais profesionālo rehabilitāciju saņēmušo mērķa grupas personu skaits - 150. Projekta rezultāta rādītājs: nelabvēlīgā situācijā esoši dalībnieki, kuri pēc aiziešanas (pēc dalības pasākumā) sākuši darba meklējumus, iesaistījušies izglītībā/apmācībā, kvalifikācijas ieguvē, nodarbinātībā, tostarp pašnodarbinātie – 90.Projekta ietvaros pieejamais kopējais attiecināmais finansējums ir 1752103 euro, tai skaitā Eiropas Sociālā fonda finansējums – 1489287 euro un valsts budžeta finansējums – 262816 euro.Projekta darbību īstenošana uzsākta no 04.01.2016. un projekta īstenošana plānota līdz 30.09.2021. The aim of the project is to increase the integration into the labour market and society of one of the most exposed groups of society in Latvia with severe disability (Diability Group I and II) and in society.The project starts with a labour market study to find professions that are required in the Latvian labour market and in which it would be possible to integrate into the labour market with a possibility to integrate into the Latvian labour market, in which it would be able to integrate into the labour market and in which it could be incorporated into a pros. with severe disability, as well as a study to determine the skills required in the labour market, which could be developed per pers. with perf. prof., and in which it would be possible to integrate in the labour market with severe disability, as well as a study to determine the skills required in the labour market, the pers. perf. In order to facilitate the integration of Pers. with GRT into the labour market, the project will develop a skills certification system and skills descriptions, as well as develop and implement skills training programmes that meet the needs of the labour market. Within the framework of the Prof. rehabilitation service, the target group of the project will be provided not only with acquiring prof. rehabilitation programmes or skills training programmes, but also measures that are necessary to maintain and improve people’s ability to work (social rehabilitation), when developing individual rehabilitation plans, support for finding a workplace will be provided, as well as advice to employers on involvement of project target group participants in the work. During rehabilitation programs and skills training programmes, the target group participants will be provided with meaningful leisure opportunities. After acquiring the prof. rehabilitation program, the target group member will receive a prof. qualification certificate (diploms), and after the skills training programme – a certificate of skills (certification).At the same time, the necessary additional services will be provided – accommodation, catering and transport. Professional rehabilitation services will be provided to SIVA in Jurmala.In order to raise public awareness about the pers. with severe disability or pers. with GRT capabilities, as well as to motivate potential employers to start employment relations with the project’s target group members, public information activities will be carried out within the project. Total number of target group recipients receiving professional rehabilitation – 150. Project result indicator: Disadvantaged participants, who after leaving (after participating in the event) started looking for a job, are involved in education/training, qualification, employment, including self-employed. 90.The total eligible funding available within the project is EUR 1752103, including the European Social Fund funding – EUR 1489287 and the state budget funding – EUR 262816.The implementation of the project activities has been started from 04.01.2016. and implementation of the project is planned until 30.09.2021.
