Projekta mērķis ir veicināt SIA “Lyngson” produktivitātes un konkurētspējas paaugstināšanu, ieviešot ražošanā jaunu produktu – siltumizstarojošos griestu siltuma paneļus un eksperimentālas tehnoloģijas, kā arī palielinot SIA “Lyngson” ieguldījumus pētniecībā, attīstībā un inovācijās atbilstoši Viedās specializācijas stratēģijai, radot vienu jaunu pētniecības un attīstības darba vietu un veicot jaunā produkta un tehnoloģijas eksperimentālos pētījumus.Projekta īstenošanas ietvaros tiks izgatavota unikāla lāzermetināšanas iekārta, kas paredzēta alumīnija lokšņu un kapara cauruļu savienošanai, lai būtu iespējams saražot efektīvākus siltumizstarojošos radiatorus. Tomēr šajā periodā vai īsi pēc tam plānota arī jauna tirgus segmenta apgūšana un arī jaunu produktu artikulu ražošana, kas piemērota arī mājsaimniecībām un nelieliem biznesiem (kafejnīcām, SPA centriem, ofisiem utt.). Šī ir būtiskākā plānotā produktu attīstība, kas ļaus uzņēmumam apgūt plašākus tirgus segmentus plašākā ģeogrāfiskajā teritorijā, kur energoefektivitāte un moderni tehnoloģiskie risinājumi ir prioritāri pār tradīcijās balstītu klienta izvēli. Īstenojot projektu un iegādājoties jaunās iekārtas, Lyngson spēs nodrošināt jaunos tehnoloģiskos procesus, kas ļaus ieviest ražošanā jaunus produktus un palielināt uzņēmuma apgrozījumu, rentabilitāti un eksporta apjomus.Lyngson ar savu uzņēmējdarbības attīstību minētajā projekta īstenošanas nozarē palīdz sasniegt RIS3 izvirzīto virsmērķi - valsts tautsaimniecības transformāciju, ar mērķi palielināt ekonomikas zināšanu ietilpību, investējot pētniecībā, inovācijās un to sekmēšanas pasākumosProjekta kopējās investīcijas plānotas 2 991 610.94 EUR apmērā. No tām 1 216 610.94 EUR ir attiecināmās izmaksas, kas attiecas uz iekārtu iegādi, kā arī 1 775 000 EUR neattiecināmas izmaksas, kas attiecas uz ražošanas ēkas būvniecību, t.sk. ERAF atbalsts no iekārtu iegādes – EUR 425 813.83.Projekta ilgums plānots 35 mēneši. (Latvian)

The aim of the project is to promote increased productivity and competitiveness of SIA “Lyngson” by introducing a new product – heat-emitting ceiling heat panels and experimental technologies, as well as increasing SIA “Lyngson” investments in research, development and innovations in accordance with Smart Specialisation Strategy, creating one new research and development workplace and performing experimental research of the new product and technology.A unique laser welding machine, designed for aluminium sheet and kaparazzi production to be possible to connect radio tubes, will be produced within the framework of the project. However, in this period or shortly thereafter, the development of a new market segment and the production of new products are planned, which is also suitable for households and small businesses (cafes, SPA centres, offices, etc.). This is the most important planned product development that will allow the company to acquire wider market segments in a wider geographical area where energy efficiency and advanced technological solutions are priority over traditional customer choice. By implementing the project and purchasing new equipment, Lyngson will be able to ensure the new technological processes that will allow to introduce new products and increase the company’s turnover, profitability and export volumes.Lyngson, through its business development in the project implementation sector, helps to achieve the main goal of RIS3 – the transformation of the national economy, with the aim of increasing the knowledge capacity of the economy by investing in research, innovation and promotion activitiesThe total investment of the project is planned to amount EUR 2991610.94. Of these, EUR 1216610.94 is the eligible costs for the purchase of equipment, as well as EUR 1775000 ineligible costs relating to the construction of the production building, incl. ERDF support from the purchase of equipment – EUR 425 813.83.The duration of the project is planned to be 35 months. (English)
